Default Too Strong w/ Trips?

Two Table $10 Tourney. I'm currently hanging tight in 4th. MP1 is a solid, aggressive player. Just moved to the table with BB, so no good reads 'cept he's been in a fair number of pots and just stole one.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (7 handed) converter

Button (t5090)
SB (t2645)
BB (t2650)
UTG (t4215)
MP1 (t5500)
Hero (t3725)
CO (t3175)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP1 calls t200, Hero calls t200, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB raises to t600, MP1 calls t400, Hero calls t400.

Flop: (t1900) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB bets t400, MP1 raises to t800, Hero raises to t3125, BB calls t1650 (All-In), MP1 calls t2325.

Turn: (t10200) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t10200) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t10200

Results in white below:
MP1 shows Qh Kh (three of a kind, queens).
Hero shows Qd Jd (three of a kind, queens).
BB shows 8s 8d (full house, eights full of queens).
Outcome: BB wins t8050. MP1 wins t2150.
