Overpair vs Good draw on flop

I played Intercasino NL for the first time last night - what an experience! I have never had more suck-outs in short succession - People call some crazy stuff there. I'm surprised I've still got a bankroll after the session. It was incredible. But enough about that - one hand that got me pondering was this one. I'll describe it simply.

6 handed NL $0.50/1
I'm on the button with AA. I have $100) Someone in front puts in a mini raise - I reraise a large amount like $18 (I raise huge because people have been calling anything). Sure enough I get two callers. The flop comes Jc Kc 4h. I bet half of my remaining stack. One caller folds - the other raises me all-in. I call because of the nature of the game and the player - it looks like a desperate move to win the pot. Turn card is a blank. The river is 4s. He turns over 4c5c to beat me with trips on the river.

Now he had bottom pair and flush draw on flop - giving him potentially 15 outs to beat me. Now my question is was he right to move all-in? Was I right to call? Is he slight favourite?

can't say i would lay it down for sure - it depends entirely on the player. if i'm playing a rock who has been folding all night and that comes outta nowhere.. might have to rethink my cards a bit... and then there are people who prefer that technique - i believe it's 14 outs, but he's a SLIGHT favorite over you with the turn and river to go. almost an even money play (plus, if he thought he might actually move you off yours), from what i understand.

You're about a .2 percent favorite but it's nearly 50/50 with two cards to come. I'd say you both played the hand well after the flop, except his large pf call with 45s. You don't have to have Aces so him moving in here is a good move. You might laydown AK or you could have QQ's here too. No way you can laydown aces here. I'd call most times and expect to be shown AK or a drawing hand.
