Default Why don\'t more successful MTT players play more SNGs?

i play exclusively at Pokerstars so i can't really speak for other sites but i don't see many of PS's good MTT players playing in SNGs.

i saw MMDOG and SCARFACE1 playing in seperate SNGs for seats in the weekly $200 + $15 tourney. i saw GANK and PURR OF ACES play a $100 + $9 SNG but that's about it.

it seems to me that as good as they are in big fields, they would make a killing in these. sure the MTTs have (potential) bigger payouts but the SNGs have less variance and the winnings in these can finance alot of MTT entry fees.

how is it on other sites? it seems to me that you have good SNG players who play MTTs, then you have good MTT players who don't play SNGs too much.
