Default Need some Advice on this AK hand

I'm not so sure if I played this wrong, got really unlucky, or a little bit of both. I don't really have any reads on anyone, so I was just trying to play it normal:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed)

MP1 ($50.60)
MP2 ($13.25)
MP3 ($35.20)
CO ($30.05)
Button ($62.25)
SB ($154.80)
BB ($31.20)
UTG ($24.50)
Hero ($24.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $3, MP1 calls $3, 1 fold, MP3 calls $3, 1 fold, Button calls $3, 2 folds,

Flop: ($12.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets $7.5, MP1 calls $7.50, MP3 calls $7.50, Button folds.

Turn: ($35.25) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $14 (All-In), MP1 calls $14, MP3 calls $14.

River: ($77.25) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players, 1 all-in)
MP1 bets $26.1 (All-In), MP3 calls $10.70 (All-In).

Final Pot: $114.05
Main Pot: $77.25, between MP1, MP3 and Hero. > Pot won by MP3 ($77.25).
Pot 2: $21.40, between MP1 and MP3. > Pot won by MP3 ($21.40).
Pot 3: $15.40, returned to MP1.

Results in white below:
Hero shows Kc Ad (two pair, kings and sixes).
MP1 shows Kd Td (two pair, kings and tens).
MP3 shows Qs 6s (three of a kind, sixes).
Outcome: MP3 wins $98.65. MP1 wins $15.40.

personally I think you played it pretty well. The only thing I wouldve done differently is possibly push on the flop. Im sure others would disagree..at a bare minimum I wouldve made it a pot sized bet, but that is close to half your stack at that point..other than that, just one of those unlucky hands.

I wouldve been a little suspicious about that size of bet being called twice on the flop. I think your raise and bet on the flop does diagram AK, and yet the both still called. Despite that, I think you are pot committed on the turn and you played it pretty well.

i agree that you should've bet closer to the pot on the flop, but i also would have pushed on the turn. the flop calls make you nervous, but not so nervous you shouldn't bet again.

For what it's worth, Ciaffone would advise you limp preflop.

Yeah, when I look back at this, I probably should have slowed down once both those guys called my flop bet. If there was only one guy calling, I think I can keep going, but with two opponents, it's probably right to assume one of them can beat TPTK. Right?

@JohnG- I'm interested to hear what reasons there are for limping

great example of bigstacks in PP are not automatically great players that should be feared...
if i joined the table after that hand, i'd see MP3 with almost 200BB, but look at how bad of a player he is!

After the flop I would have gone all-in. No one raised pre-flop. The flop helped you not them. Your raise of $7.50 wasn't enough to effect the stacks of either caller, so they called. Had you gone all in they would have folded.

Well I disgree with some of that. I do like the push on the flop. You have 1.5 times the pot not a huge overbet, any other bet is going to make you pot commited anyways.

I disagree with the fact that a NL25 player is going to fold KT on this flop. I believe it would be wrong for him to do so. You are losing your stack here, sorry. But with NL25, just reload, double up, and you're back to where you were. NL25 has a great deal of variance. I think 13 big blinds/100 hands is great for NL25, but some nights you can make 300+ BB in 100 hands, then you can bust 4 times in 4 hands, having the best hand every time. Pots in NL25 tend to be multiway; bigger pots won, more pots lost.
