Default Choice of hands for Rebuy + Doubling

There is this daily tournament at my local casino where the buyin is $70 and rebuys are $20. They start you off with 300 in chips, and when you rebuy they ship you 500. The blinds up every 15 minutes and start at 25/25. After the first hour the rebuy period ends but there is an option for an addon: $20 for 1000 in chips.

An obvious ridiculous tournament setting as you can tell. However, my question to you guys is how aggressive would you play during the rebuy period? Many players are playing so LAG that they are going all in preflop with J6s. Because of cheap rebuy + doubling it seems to be that pushing in chips aggressively is strategically correct. It also seems relevant to try to build a chip stack because of the blind increase every 15 minutes. There is a successful player who says that you need to push in your chips with any hand that is capable of winning. This means calling all ins with pocket 2s and KJ. He is a successful player but his logic is often flawed, which makes me bring this topic here.

What type of game plan do you think will prove most +EV in the long run?
