My notes say he's a good tight agressive player. Definately capable of re-raising w/ trash but he could also have a big hand. I had been min-raising often 4-handed (w/out much of a fuss) so possibly he's taking a stand.

Then you shouldn't be minraising players like this exactly because their capable of reraising with trash. If they've been donating and their calling range is pretty tight, then push with almost any two in that spot until they catch on.
