In our pretty high stakes college games we didnt even go that far...a single card mis-dealt was burned, and the player who missed his card gets his replacement after everyone else gets their "normal card" for that round. It saves time, and a firm no-reshuffling rule doesnt change the probabilities...the misdealt card may be an "out" or may not be an "out".. since it is unknown before the misdeal, the replacement card has just as much chance of being an "out" as it ever did.
Two misdeals on the same hand the dealer matched the pot, but the play continued as above. We didnt have many double mis-deals, needless to say!
