Hmm, as im unfamiliar with the finer rules of the game is it actually against the rules to do that? Though im sure if you tried that in a major B&M tournament aka the WSOP they'd come down pretty heavy on you.

If you really wanted your $11 back maybe you could take it up with the respective gaming commision and be responsible for the entire downfall of Party and their collapse on the stock exchange etc

[/ QUOTE ]

Spamming the chatbox with "check it down, check it down" when there is a 3 way hand with 1 all-in is equally retarded.

I didn't ask for $11, I asked for a resolution, which may or may not include a refund. $11 won't bust me, and you must be friggin retarded to believe it'll bust party/affiliates.

I'm at work and don't have the HH on me.

$11 eurobet
5 or 6 handed. I'm short stack.

I go all-in UTG, UTG+1 asks what everyone has, 3 players in total type their hole cards. UTG+1 calls, everyone else folds.

I emailed support and they replied saying that UTG+1 had every intention of calling my all-in before the conversation (how does CS know this?). Also, he told the table he had TT, but really showed 77. Support told me that they weren't even giving their real hole cards so there can't refund my fee, but will ask the other players to wait until the hand is over to discuss it.

Would you pursue this further or let it be?

edit: spelled 'persue'

It depends how much work and effort you want to put into trying to get 10 dollars back/closure.

It's definitely the principle of the issue. I'd be ticked, and in fact I am ticked even though it didn't happen to me.

BS answer they gave too. How do they know the guy's intentions? That is a CS guy just looking to move on to his next issue.

I'd tell them: Look, there are plenty of sites out there, I wish to play at one with integrity. Take some meaningful action or I will withdraw and take my money elsewhere.

Their response will undoubtedly be "we are very sorry you feel that way, we hope you reconsider" or some [censored].

Then respond, "I am very sorry to leave to, but you can kiss my ass as I walk out the door." Then do it.

what they said in response to your complaint is wayyyy out there. of course they have no idea what the guy was thinking at the time he asked the rest of the table what they had (what his intentions were), thats just ridiculous. and whether or not the rest of the players were lying about what hole cards they had is completely irrelevant. the only major problem with this whole situation isnt the douche bag that asked the rest of the table what they had, but how eurobet handled the situation -- sounds like they're a bunch of 6 year olds. dont know what else to tell ya, but good luck.

Thanks for your support, glad I wasn't just being sensitive.

I fired this off to them:

Thanks for getting back to me. However, your decision of non-action is not acceptable. What evidence do you have that the caller had every intention of calling me prior to the hand exchange? They cheated and chose who was going to stand up against me. If this happened in a casino, the players would have been thrown out, and I would have followed them outside to the sidewalk to 'discuss' it further.

The fact that he represented TT, but showed 77 is irrelevant, as his decision to call was based on the other players holdings.

Look at my history, I recently moved my bankroll to eurobet. I didn't pay $129 in rake over the last 2 weeks to have players collude against me.

They replied:

Dear Mr. XXXX,

Thank you for your message.

Our poker Department have confirmed that, despite the players involved behaved wrongly discussing the cards they pretended to have, this did not affect the course of the hand.

We assure that our Investigation Team will take action accordingly to garantee a fair play among the players in our tables.

Kind Regards,
Valentina
Eurobet Customer Services

Conclusion: CS admitted the players behaved wrongly, but offered no recourse. It sucks, but it's not worth it for me to move my bankroll. My energy is better spent plugging holes and grinding SnGs.

Game on!

Any of the big volume players here use eurobet?

Care to help out the 2+2er and throw some weight around?

Phill

isnt life tough? Stop being such a whiner, if u cant beat em join them. I basically collude( tell players to not call me since one of us can bust, tell players to call all-ins, table teach big stacks when hes on my leftso that he steals blinds, etc) in almost every bubble and Ive never recieved a warning.

Dumb post, find something more productive to do than name-calling.

I don't think it counts as collusion if it's you colluding by yourself against the rest of the table, at least I hope that doesn't count.
