My OS is Windows XP Pro, CPU 2.4GHz, RAM of 512MB. When I get home I'll check the processes to see what might be running high, if any, and post.

The crazy process is FINDFAST.EXE Good or bad?

Kill it. It's used to index Microsoft Office documents, which you almost certainly don't need to do while playing poker.
