Hand Histories from Party Poker

I am requesting hand histories but not receiving them. Anybody else ever have this problem? Any way to remedy it?

I just updated for pokertracker about 2o minutes ago - worked fine. Your email account may be blocking and dumping as junk mail. Check your settings.

Mine are coming in bunches quite late. I played last night (until about 3 or 4 this morning) and didn't get the histories until just now.

Are any other people still having trouble getting Party hand histories? I've requested them a few times in the last few days (one about 3 days ago) and have yet to receive any. I've been checking my "spam" folder in case my ISP is filtering them out, but none have appeared there either.

I got an email response from them saying they were having problems and that if it continues to contact them in 48 hours.
