Default Stalking?

Is partypoker's buddylist(search players) there for a reason? There are certain players that I really like to play against. Well, he has noticed that everytime he sits down at a table, I'm right behind him. Hes threatened to contact party and tell them that I'm stalking him. What kind of reaction will pp have? Isn't that what Search players section is for???

I think it was created so you can watch your "BUDDIES" play. Hence why it is called a BUDDY LIST.

I dont think its necessarily "wrong" but put yourself in his shoes. He's got to feel uncomfortable having a stranger following him around. And he's probably got a legitamate stalking beef. I mean as big as party is, something is up when the same dude keeps showing up at your table.

I used to do this on ACR back in the day. They didnt have a buddy list or anything. The site was so small, I always knew when and where my mark was. He was such a maniac and addicted to bluffing, anytime I could get in his game and sit on his left I would and isolate him at every chance, then let him bluff his money away. Luckily for me he never complained. But, heck ACR is so small and only had few games going on at all times anyway what could he possibly say. Party, with there 50,000 players is a different story.

thanks for your response. The more I think about it, the more I think that you are right and I shouldn't take advantage of the guy.

Right. Espesially on Party when you can find fish at all table. No need to start a beef with just one of them. And I dont think its necessarily taking advantage of the guy, more like just picking on him.

Use the skins, varying which one you use regularly, to stalk him.

Change your name and switch party/empire
he wont notice that you're the same.
You can play on many skins and change your name on party.

It's a "public" room. You have the right to sit anywhere that a seat is available.

I think it is a little rude that you follow someone around to the extent that he notices it that much. I have no problem with looking for good prospects, but if you're being THAT obvious about it, you'll probably chase him away.
