*New* UB servers not converting bonus bucks automatically anymore?

Yes, same problem w/my account. I emailed them, no response yet. Probably a glitch in new upgrade. Has anyone heard back from UB on this problem? They will retro any back that they owe i'm sure.

It is really irritating they don't say anything about it, you know I am clueless exactly how many hands I played there today, and really am not interested in having to investigate. If they mentioned something it would'v ebeen simple enough to keep a running count or something?

Ya same thing happened to me last night. I emailed them and have not received a response.

I have literally never received a response back from UB customer support when I've sent them an email.

They got back to me pretty fast (3 hrs.) They released all 100. bonus dough immediately because of problem! A nice email to them did the trick.

Their response to hand histories has been better lately also. 300 is usually okay. Sometimes certain reps will not send if you ask for more then 200.

some spam-blockers have been overactive against poker-sites.
it won't even show up in your spam folder.....the isp just blocks it before it ewven gets that far.
aol has been doing this a lot lately....although i have actually gotten a couple of ub e-mails at my aol address recently...but for awhile i couldnt get a thing.
i also think hotmail has been doing this.

Yes this was happening to me thru Hotmail. I changed all my poker account emails to Outlook (you must change Netteller also) and since then have received all UB responses.

So I change my email from Hotmail and receive the confirmation email. It says to validate, click this link.
