Is it possible for someone to be as good as he is? I mean seriously. Ive tracked his play for the last couple of days and he makes sooo many final tables of major tourneys that it almost defies belief. Im not saying he's cheating, Im just saying...I want lessons! In watching him play..i see nothing extrodinary, he just seems to always make the right plays at the right times. Id really like to see more of his hole cards since I rarely ever see anything but his all-in showdowns.

I've played with him in a couple of MTT. Maybe I don't have enough playin time with him, but have'nt noticed anything extrordinary. He can be quite aggressive pre flop, esp with a short stack and also strong draws ... no clue who he is but he does seems to be running good.

If he's so good why did he buy into my $3-$6 PLO game with only $240?

What he bought in for, and what he can quickly buy back in for are two different things. He usually is playing 2 ring games and 4 tourneys all at one time, so Im sure bankroll is not an issue with this guy.

But this is not a bankroll issue. Nor am I impressed with those who have large or even infinite bankrolls. In big bet poker the size of your stack is important, and the better players at the table should want to buy in for as much as if not more than the biggest stack held by a weaker player.

Today he bought into this game (my first time running into him, so I didn't know he was the new superpokerhero on the block), for $240, which is the default buyin (max is $600), while most stacks at the table were well over $600 already. I played at the table with him for an hour or so, while he did make a small profit, he never added many chips to his stack. So, my conclusion is that he doesn't think he's quite the player that you all do.
