Opening a new Neteller Account

After they told me I couldn't do it, we (me and supervisor) went back and forth for a while. Finally, I asked what would happen if I simply closed the account and opened one a week later.

they told me this too. But this new currency account thing with a new number is kinda cool. Are there any penalties if I open a GBP account and cashout from Party, and send it to stars or my bank?

Sorry to hear it. I highly recommend the stolen laptop route (if you haven't tried it). Made the call earlier today and my new account is active and the money is already transferred.

Just create a new account using your regular info (I used a different email address, but I don't know if this matters) and call them and tell them that you created a new account, but have an existing account, and want to link your bank account from your old account to your new account and that you want to transfer your funds to your new account. They should tell you that it'll take a few hours, I had to wait about 6 hours before my new account was "fixed". This worked for me last week just fine.
