A rules question

If someone posts less than the full amount at the BB, can players call the amount of the BB? For example, the SB posts $75 and the BB posts $80, all-in. Can a player call $80 to gypsy, or must they make it $150?

They have to make it $150, and a raise would have to be at least $300 (or all-in).
