But i dont see what i can learn from it, I just play LAGgy and who ever draws out the most wins over time.

playing 400 hands headsup is boring, i can handle headsup in a .50/1 game sure.

I dont see what there is to learn though? Please explain further.

Guruman vs Keepitsimple 1-0
The hand that desided it all imo was a hand where I flopped the low straight with a flush draw and he flopped the nut straight.. The flush didnt come and I lost 20BB..

You're obviously playing in a way that puts little thought into *how* you're playing. If you play that way, you're not going to learn anything from the game. But the same is true of full table poker. If you just play wildly aggressive, do you expect to learn anything about the game?

Heads up (and shorthanded) is all about learning to play more than the two cards in front of you. You learn how to read the aggression of opponents, how to shift gears to induce mistakes, and how to outplay specific types of players. You can also develop some serious hand-reading skills if you slow down enough to pay attention to what's going on.

My brother is a big player at the high limits. he has taught me much about poker, especially shorthanded. he has told me he can beat me, heads up, without looking at his cards. while i haven't taken him up (for the sole fact that id be crushed if he beat me) i think it's probably true. it's about reading and really knowing your opponent, his tendancies and how he plays. when can we check the turn behind, will he fold to river check-raises, what about donk bets? you can play simple ABC poker and win at .50/1 and if that is your single desire go for it. but to truely be successful at the bigger games, i'm told, you play the players. heads up and shorthanded play works on that. i dunno, if you don't see the point then don't play.
