Flop A Bad Top Pair - Too weak?

Consensus seems to be toward calling down. Thats gonna cost me 2 big bets to win 6.5 BB. So Im getting 3.5:1. Am I winning this that much? Maybe.

As far as not folding to the turn raise, Im peeling for a 7 or maybe even a Q (makes it less likely thats his holding).

I dont like this hand one bit, and I feel like if I could find a line for this hand against an unknown i could jack my winrate up. Problem at .50/1 and these other real low limits is that people go in and out of tables so much that its hard to ever have a real read on someone.
