Camcorder Help

I'm going to Disney World for my honeymoon (boo), and the wife tells me I need to video tape it. Therefore, I require a camcorder. Since I just paid for a wedding & a honeymoon, I don't have much money. Does anyone have a suggestion for a camcorder in the $300 - $400 Canadian range? That's about $250 - $350 US, give or take.

What are some good brands? How about features I want that I don't know about yet? I know next to nothing about them, so I'm depending on the collective wisdom of OOT.

cnet.com has great reviews for camcorders.

Based on their recommendations we just bought a Sony DCR-HC32. Got it new on Ebay with an extra battery for $399 shipped. Very nice so far.
