I think I might have been wrong in calling the turn. Your thoughts on this hand?

Umm...you realize you have the draw to the second nut flush? Given the flop action, not sure about the river raise.

Yeah, you have to call the turn with the 2nd nut flush draw. I wouldn't call preflop, and I probably just go for the overcall on the river based on your read.

LOL...man, I need a break. That would explain my call on the turn...duh. I might as well delete this stupid post now, I'll give it a couple minutes.

The river raise is really thin... I put UTG on JT, J4, T4, and among those hands you're only ahead of T4. Add the fact that button might fold Tx, 4x, 7x. I think you would prefer him to overcall here... Also, you're probably getting 3-bet by JT, unless he's really crappy.

UTG+1 bet isn't a shock, he would bet with Jx, Tx, or 4x, so I raise. Button cold-calling isn't strange either as he has been calling everything down. The 3-bet sucks, this guy is not the aggressive type and I don't think he is pumping a flush draw...probably 2pair, maybe a set of 4s...

I dunno. I think raising this river might be insanity.

I don't think limping is too terrible, but I'd think about raising, myself, moreso proportionally to how terrible UTG+1 is. Going for overcalls on the river is good.

I actually quite liked the way that you played this hand.

I wouldnt have folded the turn. You had 9 outs to the 2nd nut flush and 5 outs to improve to trip J's or 2 pair. With nearly 8 big bets in the pot, I think you had more than enough outs to make calling the turn correct.

I think the decision as to whether to call or raise on the river was trickier. If you raised, you risked losing an overcall from button if your hand was best, and could have been 3-bet by UTG+1 or button if either of them had a full house or flush.

I think that I would have probably have called on the river myself.
