Default starting hands in loose passive games

I found a link to this starting hand chart here a couple days ago. Is it a good beginning point for 6 max preflop play?

If so, what sort of general adjustments should I be thinking about if playing in an especially loose and passive (low limit) game?

that chart is very agressive... possibly to much so for micro-limit where you won't be able to steal blinds. a beginner will have some difficulty playing all these hands post-flop. might not hurt to tighten up a tad from the chart.
