I think it's OK to call as long as...
1) it's not gonna get capped before the flop - AND - 2) the other people in the pot will call and overcall on the turn and river when there is a flush on board - OR - 3) some of them will give way more action than you would give with a smaller flush. |

No, or at least, very rarely, depending on the opponents.
The problem is that even with seven players, you don't make up for the money you pay up front on the times you hit. You are now paying twice as much just to see if you can flop a flush draw. This can't be worth it unless these people are willing to put in lots of money even when there is three of one suit on the board, and that just doesn't happen often enough even here in California. --Avarice |
