I don't think you have any value here whatsoever. A cold-calling MP that double donks isn't check-calling the river with A high (hoping to induce some sort of bluff from who knows what). If MP2 was on any draw, then he missed and will fold to your bet. If he has some piece of the lower board (my guess), then you're just throwing away money if you bet. I certaintly don't think you're getting a better hand to fold, as by just calling the turn, the MP will already "put" you on an AK/AJ sort of hand.
