Pink Floyd, either Echoes or Dark Side of The Moon on a continuous loop, helps with the bad beats.

[ QUOTE ]
jazz is my favorite while playing [/ QUOTE ] Mine as well. Renaissance choral music (i.e. Ockeghem, Palestrina) is also very good for my concentration. If I'm winning, I'll put on some Modest Mouse, Killers, or other Indie Rock crap. I actually got hooked on country while watching CMT after zoning out and sitting in front of the TV after a particularly bad losing session, so that's good too, sometimes. For some reason I like Celine Dion, as well. Jazz, Celine Dion, Country, Renaissance music, Indie rock. I have the craziest tastes in music. |

I like Classical myself...I concentrate a lot better with classical or ambient music than music with words. Bach and Philip Glass are some of my favorites while playing. Romantic composers are nice too.
