all you can eat, it's very unlikely you have the worst hand and the worst draw here

first thing i would consider is how often, if any, have you been reraising pf? If you have been reraising frequently then the following hand range gets wider. second, you say opponnent is tight and semi agressive. I think we have a pretty narrow range unless villain is bad...is he? If he is tight and decent I dont see how he can call the pf raise with anything less than qq kk aa.....i mean 250 is like 14 percent of his stack, not exactly odds to set up with 77 ya know. Also, I dont see how a good player is willing to call this much pf OOP with AK with the ace clubs....i mean we know he doesnt have AK clubs, or AQ clubs, and i think it is safe to assume this cat isnt calling 250 OOP with AJ sooted; again, is he the fish at the table? Villains only logical holdings are AA, prob with A clubs, or QQQ. I just dont see how we can call.

To put it succinctly, I am folding everytime here against a tight winning player.

Can't see a tight player (as you described) calling with Ac Qx out of position here. Ac Kx surely is possible, but I guess I'd rather have a pair and flush draw to push. Other possibilities are an already made flush trying to shut you out with AcAx or your existing hand (i.e. some suited connector.. but still, being a tight player out of position maybe not. Possible JcTc, Tc9c, 9c8c, but I just don't think the money is deep enough for this play). Finally, the set. QQ is my vote for most likely hand. Next comes AcKx, but the way you described him, this play has a lot more gamble than I imagine the player you described has. I'm going to rule out AA, but it's a possibility if he tries to play tricky.

Pretty much zero chance of AK here vs tighty mctight. He's dropping it preflop. AA or QQ. 77's a possibility though, as there is some depth to the stacks.
