As I typed this in I realized the horrible blunders. I'd like your thoughts too please. How bad is this heads-up portion of the SNG?

Yes, you did crap the bed. Raise (if not jam) preflop with AKs. Winning 750 chips isn't exactly a bad result when there's only 8k in play.

Also, why jam with 53o? This must have been out of tilt. He's not folding to your tiny raise, and he's not going to have 52, 43, 42, or 32.

Slowplaying AK and then calling a push when you miss the flop and then pushing over the top of a raise with 53 is pretty bad.

There were lots of mistakes later, but your first one was not pushing the T2s. You let him off the ropes. As wrong as it is, a lot of folks at the 11s will fold even with only ~3 BBs left (barring actually having a good hand). Even if he calls, most of the time you're no worse than a 2:1 dog. You have well over a 50% chance of either ending it right here or coming out of the hand with a 7:1 chip lead.

This is the biggest hole many folks have in the 11s/22s: not nearly aggressive enough with a big chip lead HU.

I don't mind the T2 fold, but I'd push against a tighty.
Push the A8, because folding to a push is insane, and maximize folding equity.
Push the AK, offcourse.
And I'd fold the 53, and push any 2 next hand.

Two things clearly popped out at me when I checked out the hand history. The first was your play of the AK, why not push all in? The second was your overall aggression factor, when your heads up and especially if you have a bigger stack you need to make sure that your opponent has no easy decisions. Keep putting pressure on him until he gives up and makes a poor decision.

push AK and A8 hands. i'd push T2, but it's not bad to fold. remember that ~1/4 villain will hold two cards under T.

the 35 was the only one that was uber-wrong. when villain raises, if you push, there is 0 chance he'll fold. so you can treat his raise like a push and you're deciding whether to call. you have to call 1.5k to win a total of 4k. thus, you need to be 3/8 = 37.5% to win the hand in order to call. even if he has random cards, you're under 37.5%, and since he's probably throwing away 32o, 34o, etc, you're well under. muck it and move on.

Something else that no one else has specifically mentioned. With the big blind at 400 or more, it is always going to be 10% of someone's chips, so just push, don't make cute raises. Pushing maximizes folding equity and ensures that you don't limp/call off your stack with high cards that don't hit. Any accumulation of chips when you already have a big chip lead is great...

Edited to add: and if they do call, you can often afford to take the worst hand to the flop at 2:1 pot odds.
