Default Flopped straight on suited board

What do I do here? My image is "clinically retarded" from raising 40-50% of hands and constantly opting to show bluffs. I don't have much of a read on the opponent but I haven't seen him play a whole lot of hands.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (10 handed) converter

UTG+1 ($55.15)

UTG+2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises to $20</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $40</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises all-in</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero calls ~$33</font>.

Turn: ($133.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

River: ($133.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Final Pot: $133.50

I think I re-re-raised to find out if he had the flush already, and when he reraised me I called anyway. Do I call after his all-in? Thoughts?
