Yes, there are sometimes reasons to fold in that situation, even if you hold a good hand. I'll let otheres elaborate.

Also, finishing OOTM in 7 of 11 is really nothing. I (and most everyone else on here) have done worse than that in a day.

HU in a $50 game yesterday I had a guy fold on me for 125 more on a 400 BB when i pushed all-in from the SB. Incredible stupidity is everywhere.

Yes, it's extremely irritating to finish on the bubble and OOTM a bunch of times in a row. It happens. However, odds are, if you're making it to 4 or better that consistently, you're playing relatively solid poker (inasmuch as we can say anything based on an 11 SNG sample). At least, better than most at the 11s. Just keep playing. It'll get better, it'll get worse, but if you keep making the bubble, you'll get through more often than you fall short in the long run.

(But one way or another, it'll keep you from coming here and posting in ALL CAPS...)
