Default Series of Pushes on $215...in same game...too aggressvie?

Hi All,

Sorry for the long post. This game was played this morning and I made a series of pushes. I just wanted some feedback. Were some of these too aggressive or just right.

This 1st hand was on level 4. I know that if I am called I will be behind. Both the button and the big blind are tight players. Not much read on BB, as it was the 1st time playing with him, but I suspect he was tight because of earlier play in this tournament. I got very lucky here.

I beleive hand 2 was way too aggressive. Why would you push with any 2 there, it's not even the bubble?

Hand 3 - I'm fine with playing the ATo. Your hand is very strong, if you feel that the huge stack has zero creativity however (this is the case for most players), I'd make a smaller raise.

i don't like any of them except the first. mostly because of table position and a healthy stack. but i am only a $33 player

Hi Curtains,

Thanks for the solid reply.

I got a bit carried away on hand 2. I determined all opponents were tight and was foolishly bullying

Hand 3 I think is more interesting. If I make a smaller bet and get it shoved back in my face I will likely have to fold. That isn't the worst result, of course . I doubt he would have done anything but put me all in pre-flop, but if he re-raised and we played the hand, he would have won because I would have to fold on the flop.
