Default Required bankroll----multitabling

Basing "required bankroll" on this formula from this article :

Required Bankroll = -(SD^2/2*hourly win rate)*ln(risk of ruin)

QUESTION: What is Required Bankroll for 2 tables? 3 tables?

Seems to me a simple multiplication by # of tables doesn't work for multiple tables. That is, if required bankroll is $1000, wouldn't required bankroll for a 2nd table (same limit) be LESS than $2000? Doesn't a 2nd table "diversify" your risk somewhat?

Problem is, I don't have a solution for calculating required bankroll for multiple tables.

Thoughts?

You don't need a bigger bankroll to play multiple tables.

Think about it, if you play a thousand hands over twenty hours single tabling or over 5 hours multi-tabling, at the end of that thousand hands your risk of ruin is exactly the same unless multi-tabling effects your game (ie, lowers your winrate).

Your 'required' bankroll is not affected by how many tables you play. The risk of ruin in playing one table for four hours is the same as the risk of ruin playing four tables for one hour. There's no diversification of risk, because its all 'one long game'.
