i was wondering if any of you posters out there are from the north east part of iowa. i am going to school at upper iowa university, a small school in fayette iowa.

curious to know if their is a rental car place somewhere near faytette because i dont think i will have a car with me. i went on some of the major car rental website and they didnt seem too helpful. also maybe a bus from fayette to Dubuque?
