Default Newbie Tournament EV question

Absolute $40 sng. These are 9 handed tables.
Still 50%, 30%, 20% ($180,$108,$72). Down to 4 of us.

Chipleader (SB) has ~6.5K, Villian (BB) has 3300, and I have 3050 (UTG), The presumed bubble boy (Button) has 650.
Blinds are 100/200.
I get JsJd. Raise to 600. Folded to BB who calls. Flop is 8 high with 2 hearts. I bet out 1200 to say "Don't mess with me" he thinks about it and pushes.
From playing with this guy I see him as a "top pair is the best hand" guy which is exactly what I'm putting him on. Followed by a PP < JJ, followed by overcards, followed by a flush draw.
I am extrememly confident I have the best hand right now. If he hit trips or had AA, KK, QQ I can't see him doing this.
My question is how do I do the math here? I'm almost positive he only has top pair or something I am beating but I can probably get 3rd if I fold. However if I call and win there will be 2 people w/ 3BB or less and I'll have a real shot at 1st.

How do I do the math here?

Don't know about the math, but i'm calling. Villian might have TP, might not have anything. "Ha, I have him now. This fool can't POSSIBLY call this all-in with bubble boy fixing to pop!". Punish him.

If he has trips,AA,etc., oh well. Slug a beer and start up another one.

"Ha, if I go all-in with my nut trips, this guy will think i'm making a move and calll me!"

...tough one. If you fold, bubble boy only needs to double up to be near your chip count. I was going to come back and say "fold" (because I'm actually a tight wuss). But chance to be chip dog vs. becoming another bubble boy........call.

I think you needed to push the flop. as it stands I think you have to fold.
