Feel the Bust!

PStars 20+2. blinds 15-30. T1160
A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]- Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on BB.
UTG raises to t90. played with him before and he is a tight but fairly aggressive player early on.
Everyone folds to me on BB and I call.
Flop:
Q-J-6 rainbow
How do you play this? And if you do bet what do you do if he plays back at you?
