[/ QUOTE ] 1. Anyone can join. 2. Go in to any Bowling center, ask for leagues looking for individual bowlers, and join a team. Really easy. 3. No. It typically costs $10-18 a night to bowl in them, but a good portion of that goes to a prize pool for the end of the year. You will often get reduced price bowling for being in a league though, and you will usually improve as a result of being in a league too. OFten,, you will have teammates who are pretty good who can give you tips on your game.

thats seems like a lot to me
how often do you bowl --- i bowl a 5-10 times a year and do not like to play more than three games, maybe four if im drunk cheers

I also find it somewhat comforting to know that nobody else has worn the same shoes.

League is a little more expensive but you get money back at the end of the year. Not to mention weekly jackpots but you are aways from that. [/ QUOTE ] Also at most places during the summer you get a free game of bowling to use whenever you want for every game you bowl in the league so its 2 for 1. They try to do this because a lot of regular league bowlers (like myself) take the summers off as a break from bowling. This gets them more business.

I think my record was 16. You would think my arm hurt afterwards. It did't. It was my ass that hurt from squatting so long.

Do you bend your knees when you deliver? I don't squat too much at the beginning, but I think the delivery is what did me in.
