Then this is an easy all-in. Wiping it off and/or washing it off beforehand are good ideas. Throwing it away is -EV. Boiling it is neutral EV.

It is clear that the correct answer is to trash it, even if you didn't drop it on the floor. Now if it was a nice filet then you would have a different result.
