so basically if i want to cashout exactly $800 from my partypoker account, I need to cashout $802 from partypoker to my neteller, and then go to atm and cashout $800? correct?

Yes, but don't forget the ATM fees. So maybe like $807 or $810 just to be safe.

If you cashout 800 from party, you'll get 800 in neteller. The ATM neteller debit card is from a differant company from Canada. You have to then transfer the 800 from neteller to the card. This costs 2 dollars + 1,9% in currency exchange fees cause the cards currency is always CAD. The fee is then about 15,20 USD + 2,00 USD for moving 800 dollars to card.

It is convenient but expensive.

As far as I know, I have never paid any currency exchange fees. Also, there is nothing mentioned about currency exchange fees in the "debit card fees" section in neteller.

damn that is expensive. i didnt realize those other fees. i can deal with a few bucks, but $20 is too much. I guess i need to read the fine print when i get it and then decide.

ps-- i was also wondering if this is a safe method to avoid uncle sam??? yes or no. im not looking for moral and honesty advice.

Really? I'm from Finland (Euro country) so it's differant. But if you move money to the card, say 800+2$ and after approval click the "get debit balance" does it say you have exactly 800 to withdraw? I don't have funds in neteller right now so can't go test.

The fees for US are only the 2 bucks + 1.75

I'd rather just wait the 1-2 days for an EFT transfer to my bank account. Its free, and close to instant enough for me.

is there anyway to transfer money back from the card to your Neteller account ?

I just did a test withdrawal to make sure my new card works OK - $25 from neteller to card, withdrew £10 from ATM, and now I have an odd $5 sitting on the card!
