Default Poker league Championship week strategy

I will be in a poker league tourney that will start off with 16 people each receives $2500 in chips most of the players are loose/passive(calling stations), 2 are tight/aggressive, 2 are right in the middle more tight/passive, and 1 is a maniac. In last years championship everyone seemed to play very tight to start. What style of play do you think would benefit. Payout is five spots. prize pool in the range of $1000. There is also trophy on line for most points... I am in 2nd and am out of first by 5 points.

I would play for the trophy and don't worry about the money. Just keep tabs on the guy 5 points ahead of you and try to stick around longer than him.
