Default Is This a good LCD Monitor for $379?

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...014&DEPA=0

Any opinions? Looks like a deal for 379 and free shipping.

This monitor does not get good resolution if you want to multitable.

I'd pass with max resolution of 1280 x 1024. I can do that on my 17 inch (15.1 viewable) monitor.

You can get a Dell 2001FP for under $500 now. Just get that.

What if I just want to play like 2-3 tables, not 6 or 8?

You'll still have some overlapping. I think you can do a lot better for your money.

It's a good monitor, or at least appears to be. For a 19" though to have a max resolution of 1280x1024 is kinda lame.

On further looking though, I didn't think a 1280x1024 was a common max resolution on a 19" monitor but I guess it is. That's pretty sad comparing it to my monitor.

yup thats the thing with the lcd monitors and why i choose to get a 22 inch CRT instead with a max res of 2048 X 1536. Not to mention I play alot video games and I don;t like ghosting.
