Default SNG/STT/MTT ???

What is most correct? To call a one table tournament a Sit & Go, or a Single Table Tournament?. And what about 2 or 3 table Sit & Go's, aren't they really just Multi Table Tournaments???

I think technically SNGs are tournaments that have no scheduled start time and only start when the seats get filled up whereas MTTs start at x o'clock on y date, and start regardless of how many people have registered.
