Well it would be pretty damn hard to stage with all the varibles of traffic and innocent bystanders who may or may not do something.

And the lady's screams in the car seem pretty real for whatever that's worth.

I seen this video a long time ago on ebaumsworld. I live in Vegas so now everytime I drive through this intersection I feel nervous and expect that guy to jump out at any second. I would definitely try to ram his ass though if he pulled that [censored] on me. BTW, I try to avoid this intersection at all costs not for reasons above but the traffic is usually reDACKulous there.
