If Pam Anderson and Tommy can't claim ownership over a videotape stolen from their house, I have a hard time believing you can exert control over webcam pictures released into the wild. It might be a different story if he were selling them.

Then again I'm not an angry lawyer so who knows.

Selling doesn't change anything. He is distributing copyrighted material without a license. Numerous software pirates have tried the no profit defense and it doesn't work. It migh affect damages but it will not affect the ability to get an injunction.

As far as Pams sex tape, they came to an agreeement with the company that was distrubting it.

I saw 25 better looking women in my 8 hour swing shift sitting in the box tonight. Oh yea, some of them were even playing poker.

So you are 19 and writing appellate briefs? I guess this is some gross exaggeration in an attempt for people to think more highly of you? What kind of appellate brief? For what court? The third circuit? I think not.

Yes, actually U.S. District Third Circuit for Social Security Disability Claims. The claim would have a hearing before an Adminstrative Law Judge, in the event the decision was denied, we filed the claim through the Appeals Council, if the ALJ's decision was not remanded or reversed, we would file an appeal through Third Circuit. I occassionally wrote the appellate briefs specifically if I did the general work up on the case. Of course the briefs were not submitted to the court until one of the attorneys carefully proofread my briefs.
