Default Pacific, Bonus question

I deposited $400 in a Pacific Account. I am eligible for 100.00 in bonus. I know I have to wager 2,000 to clear this.

now, as soon as I deposited 400, it says

50.00 has been credited to your account.

Is this part of my 100.00 bonus, or just some extra $$$ for me?

anyone have this happen?

Thanks
Derek

I bet you got hosed some how. I got the full $100 added but have no idea how to tell how close I am to clearing it. Pacific is by far the wankiest site I've played at. I want to change my password but can't figure out how to do that either. Ugh...

Hi
That happened to me. That is your bonus. They screwed up.
Email them and tell them you should get 100.
If you don't email them you likely won't get the other 50.
I emailed them, they added 50 more.
Don't know if they do this frequently/intentionally or not, but at least they fixed it for me.

Happened to me when I did my bonus there. I went through a site that offered a 100% match, so I deposited $100 and received $25 as my bonus. I was not pleased, to say the least.

I emailed Pacific Poker support and they said since it was a "special" sign-up offer, they had to add it manually after the "regular" bonus was applied. They credited the additional $75 to my account 5 hours later.

Sounds like this is SOP for them. The really cool thing is that they let you wager with the bonus money and cash out any amount above the bonus before you even clear the bonus.

Really? Awesome! Now I just have to figure out if I cleared the PSO bonus first before I cash out and never play there again.

You can check your progress by going to the cashier, then going to the points or bonus section there (I can't remember what it is called exactly as I haven't played there in a while).

Once you have 2000 points you can withdraw.

hope this helps

Last July, I deposited 400 and received 50 in bonus. I e-mailed support and was given the other 50 in bonus plus 10 for the inconvenience. The reply from Pacific took about 24 hours.

<quote from Pacific Poker reply:>

Dear Nonononono,

Thank you for contacting us at Pacific Poker.

I have refunded you the extra $50 and given you another $10 for the delay in this matter. Welcome to Pacific Poker and have lots of winnings!
