Re: What are your favorite lines spoken at the table?
A few weeks back at Canterbury, I had folded nearly every hand for a few hours. Just awful cards. Waitress walked up to the table and the dealer asked (as he was dealing) if anybody wanted something. "Two good cards," was my obvious response. Look down to see Aces. Raised all the way through. Dragged a big pot because people thought I was bluffing. Tipped the waitress and the dealer. Re: What are your favorite lines spoken at the table?
I’ll spare you the minor details but basically I wind up going all-in pre-flop with K,K and get one caller who turns over 6,4o. My K,K holds up. His comment after the hand was "I thought you were bluffing". I couldn’t help but almost fall off my chair laughing when he said that. I replied, "You thought I was bluffing so you called me with 6,4o? What did you think I had that you could beat with that hand?". Needless to say he didn’t reply. I still get a kick out of that even today.

Re: What are your favorite lines spoken at the table?
Dude, for the thousandth time, I put you on one of two hands:
4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Given the action, I had pot odds to call for the 50/50 shot, seeing as how I had outs on the latter and dominated in the former. Howabout being in a standardly crazy 20-40 round by round game. Everyone is wasted giving everyone [censored]. Everyone in this game has cash so they still havin a good time even if they down 3k. Well a guy flopped the nuts and ended up winning the hand and then stood up wipped out his balls and smacked em on the table screaming "Flop these nutz bitch!".
