Default What are the best values to set for Poker Tracker?

Hi,
I have been trying to learn to play NL for about a month now and I downloaded Poker Tracker to help me get better and Indentify what needs to be corrected in my game.

What I need is a good set of values to put in PT to classify players. Lag,Tag,Rock,Fish etc.. If any one could help me by either posting them here or sending them to me via email I would greatly appreciate it. Email is DevilBrat@comcast.net

Thank you in advance for your help

bisonbison's post on PT ratings is one of the most valued posts here at 2+2. Keep in mind his values are designed for small stakes limit hold em.

They are a good start, but not perfect for NL. What is right for NL? Beats me. I play limit.
