What about the person who hits the big one? If he is a US resident, Uncle Sam would want his share. Therefore, he should be entitled to more that even share.

yeah good point, obviously that would need to be addressed. Does party or neteller file anything witht he US gov tho?

That is the thing. I would want to declare a big jackpot. Therefore, I would want more than even share.
