Can you link a 2nd bank account to Neteller?

I can't seem to find an option for it but thought I'd ask in case someone has tried.

the good old days it was allowed. no more.

also, if you want to change the bank account, you have to wait for all transactions to clear, call NETeller and have them remove the current account, then associate and verify the new account.
