Re: $11: Early decision with top 2
Thanks a lot for the advice. After thinking it over if I could have the hand back I would bet more on the flop and move in on the turn.

$11: Early decision with top 2
I ran into this situation in a recent game and it turned out to be a key hand in the game. This hand occured early in level 2 and I did not have any solid reads on the Villain.

Empirepoker table display problem
So, I recently got a shiny 2001FP and was ready to step into the world of multitabling.
When I open up a table, the window has the table shifted to the upperleft corner with a large black border...

Re: $10+$1 Party SnG - 1st hand
I like your re-raise, but after the rest of the action I think it's a pretty easy laydown. The only hands I call with there are KK and AA.

Re: is this to early to gamble?
It's not only too early to gamble, it's too early to raise with pocket 9s. At these stakes and this level, even Ax is calling that raise.
You are going to end up in a multiway pot most of the...

Re: Flop play with 88 in position.
I'm not sure I like the preflop raise here, but at least you have position. The pot is pretty big and MP1 has shown weakness.
I would fire out a bet of 200 and if that doesn't take it down I...

Re: Thoughts on a hand...
When the blinds are still small like this raise a little more (120-150).
Fold when a K or A hits on the flop and the EP caller bets into you for 1/3 of his stack.

Re: Hand I am curious about
Raise to 200 75% of the time. Call if the tiny stacks move all-in and fold to any other re-raises.
Limp the rest of the time. I can't see folding pre-flop to be the right play considering your...

Re: More trouble with AKs. Right call?
I think calling is the right play, even though I dislike coinflips this early in tournements. There is a chance you completely dominate his AQ/AJ, but likely are facing AK or a smaller pocket pair....
