Fold unless the table is extremely tight, even so I think i'd still fold because you are in first position. If blinds aren't going up very soon, you can even let the blinds go through you one more...

If its 300 or less, i will certainly call. This is mainly because he is so short which implies that he's gonna be pushing with just about anything(KQ, JQ etc). I think it is worth it.
