Re: A message from the Joker\'s Lounge

That is excellent.

The "pre-sale" has started. They say they'll run out, and trademarkpoker.com is overpriced. Shall I buy now or later?

Re: New Paulson Mold Yeh or NEh?

All I want are Paulson chips. These will do just fine. In fact, I love the $1 chip especially. I will buy these when I return from deployment.

Re: Paulson Chips for the Public

So these guys are ripoff artists, huh? $1.35 for Desert Sands chips is just ridiculous.

I have yet to see actual photos of chips being sold. Anyone come across any?

Paulson Chips for the Public

After contacting GPI Gaming several times regarding Paulson chips for the public, I finally got a response:

"Dear Sir:

Thank you for inquiring about our company’s chips. We have recently...

Re: Paulson selling to public?

I've been to Casino Pauma, so I know what you're talking about. They should simply create several lines of chips and let the customer choose them. Makes it easy on everyone.

Re: Paulson selling to public?

Yeah, I could live with the molding, as long as the chip had the same feel, sound and weight that makes Paulson the best.

Re: Anyone interested in Bud Jones chips - please help

Yeah, we need to clarify who we're talking to here. It's probably not GPI Gaming, the real company.

Re: Anyone interested in Bud Jones chips - please help

Shoot me your e-mail. I have a photo of some of the smaller denominations from this year's WSOP. You could model the chips from those, if you like.

Personally, I'd rather have Paulsons, so let the...

Re: Anyone interested in Bud Jones chips - please help

Yes, they need to stick strictly to the top hat & cane design. None of this "Paulson Chips" stuff on the side.

And also, if you want us to contact him, please leave his e-mail. Me and some friends...

Re: Paulson selling to public?

They need to sell to the public. It is foolish not to. They could sell STOCK Paulson chips and make a killing. Don't even bother with custom orders, just use traditional colors, with good edge spot...

Re: Anyone interested in Bud Jones chips - please help

Wow, I'm surprised you made contact with them. You are talking about GPI Gaming, right?

I've e-mailed them TWICE about this, and TOLD them that they could make a killing selling STOCK Paulson...

Paulson selling to public?

On a couple other forums, there was a link to apachepokerchips.com saying that Paulson was coming out with a chip to sell to the public. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Has anyone asked them? My e-mail has been down lately, so I haven't contacted them, but definitely have to go with a DayGlo yellow over a darker, mustard yellow... like comparing the Vineyard...

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Nice chips. Good idea, also... but I'm wondering why they can't use the DayGlo colors for the body of the chips. Has anyone asked?

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Any more ideas? I can't think of any other combinations, except for maybe DayGlo yellow with blue or imperial blue edge spots for $1000 chips, but they don't use DayGlo colors for the body of chips,...

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Because of the endless color combinations, I understand why they don't have those for sale. It would be nice, however, if they could add something to the site, where you pick the colors to "preview"...

Re: Martini Club Clays from NJ on Sale

Great thread. Thanks for the comments. Because I'm not sure about what kind of inlay I'd do if I got PC.com chips, I always listen up for other chips, so long as the edge spots are good.

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Not sure. I was impressed with some of the samples from the website, but I don't know how I'd label it (Zion's Casino? Hmm... not sure about that one), but I would use colors for sure. I like the...

Great job, Johnny5!!! They look great! Makes my decision even tougher. How accurate are you with these colors? I like the green/dayglo green color combo, as well as the green/dayglo yellow... so that...

Re: My colors and edge spots - what do you think?

Any luck yet? I requested a sample set and hope to get the horsehead mold or A mold. While 8 horseheads would look better than the 16 they use, it's still a good mold. I'd love to see the purple and...

Nicely done, X-Files. You should post more pictures, but I see you passed on the inlay.
