I don't know about anyone else, but at best you have 3 outs and getting only 7.5 to 1 i think it's an easy fold on the flop. further, if you're really putting him on the semi-bluff for the club draw...

Bet the river. Definitely. This guy is definitely calling you down. What else is he three betting the flop with? He probably hit a set and will pay you off.
