If it's an online game, I really don't think you can ever be 100% sure of your read on a player. In your example, you the player would only need a 1/5 chance of him having 2 overcards to have odds...

Make sure to remember though, if you have the best hand it's a race for the pot, whereas if he does have you beat, he has a dominating hand (except if he has A3, A4, A5 it's not so bad) my odds...
